  1. Get the internet banking link via the below avenues:
    1. Keying in the link: https://esidian.sidianbank.co.ke/OmniRetail/ in your web browser.
    2. Our website (www.sidianbank.co.ke)
    3. Calling our Contact Centre.
    4. Visiting any Sidian Bank branch location.
  1. Click on: ‘Not registered? Click here’
  2. Key in your preferred transaction account
  3. Key in the e-mail address you used to open your account
  4. Tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’
  5. Click on ‘Continue’
  6. Enter your preferred username and password (your password must have special characters, numerals and letters)
  7. Read and tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’
  8. You will receive a confirmation message:
    ‘Dear customer, you have successfully registered for Internet Banking. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your account login details within 1 (one) working day.’
  9. Once your Internet Banking account is activated, you will receive a confirmation text message:
    ‘Dear customer, please check your e-mail to reactivate your online banking login details.’
  10. Click on the verification link sent to your e-mail. Successful login will be confirmed by receiving the message:
    ‘Thank you for confirming your email. Please Click here to Log in.’

  3. Key in your preferred transaction account.
  4. Key in the e-mail address you used to open your account.
  5. Please read and tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’
  6. Click on ‘Continue’
  7. Enter your preferred username and password (your password must have special characters, numerals and letters)
  8. Tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’ You will receive a confirmation message:
    ‘Dear customer, you have successfully registered for Internet Banking. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your account login details within 1 (one) working day.’

  9. Once your Internet Banking account is activated, you will receive a confirmation text message:
    ‘Dear customer, please check your e-mail to reactivate your online banking login details.’
